1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner being a Staff of the North Bihar Gramin Bank, Isuapur is alleged to have misappropriated the money of bank account holders along with six other staffs who were posted at the said branch between 2013-2019.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has paid the disputed amount along with the interest without prejudice to his rights.

5. In view of above, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate or Successor Court, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2020 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
