2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 266 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as evident from the letter dated 10.12.2015 issued by the concerned Company itself after institution of the F.I.R. calling upon the petitioner to rejoin the services of the Company, wherein not a whisper of the nature of accusation in the F.I.R. has been made.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or
