In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.324 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 (i) (ii), and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation has been made that when the police tried to apprehend a veteran criminal, some criminals started firing upon the police party and one accused person was apprehended with arms but rest two accused persons succeeded in fleeing away and apprehended person disclosed the name of the petitioner and some arms were recovered from the spot. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23204 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 petitioner has also got criminal antecedents.
