ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-01-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 03.12.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in Gaya Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 244 of 2001 (G.R. No. 2158 of 2001).
Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on disputed questions of fact which can not be gone into at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
The Court below is directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of six months without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
