It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that though an application was filed on 4.12.2014 before the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, Patna (respondent no.2) for grant of arms licence, but no decision has been taken as yet. Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate-cum-licensing authority, Patna to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
