Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andhrathari P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he took away the daughter-in-law of the informant with the intention of marrying.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2023 and he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence and he has no

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

It seems that the alleged victim had eloped with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Andhrathari P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021.
