The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.J.C. No. 3819 of 2013, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 16-12-2014. On 16-12-2014, a peremptory order was passed for filing reply to the show cause by 2nd week of January, 2015, which was not complied with and as such, M.J.C. No. 3819 of 2013 stood dismissed. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that ofcourse reply was filed, but it was filed belatedly on 15-01-2015. Accordingly, the restoration petition is allowed. Let M.J.C.
