2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No.570 of 2023, FIR dated 24.08.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, three unknown persons snatched the bag of the informant which comprises some money and papers.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in

No.29104 of 2024(4) dt.11-07-2024 2/3 the FIR, the name of the petitioner has transpired from the confessional statement of the co-accused person and except the aforesaid no other material has come in support of the involvement of the petitioner in the present occurrence and the police has submitted charge sheet on 30.09.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner carries four cases other than the present one. He further submits that on the basis of supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is on bail in the pending matters.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No.570 of 2023. (I) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and on their absence on two consecutive dates
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29104 of 2024(4) dt.11-07-2024 3/3 without sufficient reason, their bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below.
(II) If the petitioners tamper with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
(III) And, further condition that the court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioners and in case at any stage, it is found that the petitioners have concealed their criminal antecedents, the court below shall take step for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners. However, the acceptance of bail bonds in terms of the above-mentioned order shall not be delayed for purpose of or in the name of verification.
