The petitioner seeks a direction for payment of all admitted dues of his late father Kishun who was appointed on 18.11.1967 on the post of Sweeper in the respondent Corporation.
It would appear from Annexure-3 to the writ petition that the father of the petitioner was terminated from service on 23.8.1996 by the order of the Administrator of the Corporation. The father of the petitioner died in the year 2006. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Corporation wherein it has been stated that the father of the petitioner was only entitled to Provident Fund amount amounting to Rs.32,637/- which was paid vide cheque no.912154 dated 1.11.2014 to the petitioner who had received

The respondent Corporation submits that now there are no outstanding dues of the petitioner.
This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if he is aggrieved, he would put forth his grievance before the respondent Corporation which would be duly considered by him.
