The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 149/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner, as per the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C., is that the petitioner kidnapped the girl while she was going to school and then took her to Himachal Pradesh where he raped her.

Considering the nature of allegation against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32959 of 2016 (2) dt.16-11-2016 P2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. It is accordingly rejected.
