2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 186/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S.S.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have assaulted informant's family members by means of danda, rod, hama and sword as a result of which they sustained injuries on the hands, legs and heads due to which

It is further alleged that when the same was protested by the informant they have also assaulted the informant and undressed her. It is also alleged that they have also snatched mangalsutra and earrings from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the FIR and they have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners bear no criminal antecedent. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners and allegations are general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that both parties are co-sharer and there is a land dispute between the parties and free fighting cannot be ignored. He further submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties on the same date of occurrence. In this context, facts are generally exaggerated in order to make the case graver. He further submits all injuries as mentioned in the impugned order does not indicate that the injuries are on the vital part of the body and the injuries which is grievous in nature is on the non-vital part of the body. In the light of the aforesaid submission, no case is made out against the petitioners under the aforesaid sections.
5. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submitted that

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, keeping in view clean antecedent of petitioners, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 186/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Cr.P.C.
