The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking relief in nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to make payment of a sum of Rs. 4,85,555/-to the petitioner in lieu of the works done by the petitioner.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the amount of outstanding dues to be paid by the respondent no. 5

Patna High Court CWJC No.9314 of 2020 dt.15-11-2021 2/2 stands admitted. Copy of the writ petition has been served on the learned counsel for the respondents in the present case. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction that for payment of the aforesaid amount, the petitioner shall file a representation within a period of two weeks from today and the same shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 5 by a speaking order thereon within two weeks thereafter. It is needless to state that in case any amount is found payable, the same shall be paid forthwith.
