2. The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4018 of 2024 with respect to petitioner no. 7.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the bail application the petitioner (with respect to petitioner no. 7) was got seriously ill and after examination Jaundice was detected and the petitioner was under hospitalize since 12.02.2024 to 21.10.2024. He further submits that vide order dated 07.02.2024 he has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail (with respect to petitioner no. 7) and due to the above reason, he could not surrender within the stipulated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30153 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 period.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 07.02.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

5. In this view of the matter, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 07.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 4018 of 2024 with respect to petitioner no. 7 is extended by one week from today.
