2. This writ application has been filed for directing the Commissioner cum Arbitrator, Magadh Division, Gaya Jee,
Patna High Court CWJC No.6547 of 2026(2) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 Bihar, (respondent no.5) to dispose of Arbitration Case No.29 of 2024 which is pending since 2024 before him.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid arbitration case was filed in view of the order dated 21.12.2023 passed in CWJC No.13860 of 2023 and it is still pending.
4. Having regard to the nature of relief sought for in the present writ application, with consent of the parties, this writ application is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the Commissioner cum Arbitrator, Magadh Division, Gaya Jee, Bihar, to dispose of Arbitration Case No.29 of 2024 pending before him positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
5. The writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
