Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. C 872(A)/18, for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Sections 323, 504, 417, 467 and 463 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that the petitioner took her to Bagaha for preparing Aadhar Card but on the pretext of preparing Aadhar Card, petitioner fraudulently got a sale deed in existence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute is with regard to share of land. The complainant herself executed the sale deed in presence of the Sub-Registrar. If the

Taking into considering the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. C 872(A)/18, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
