ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-03-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the present Complaint i.e. Complaint case No.374C of 2012, in which the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Munger has taken cognizance on 29.5.2012 on the ground that for the same cause of action Dharhara P.S. case No.54 of 2012 had been instituted by the father of the Complainant. The Court below is directed to consider the aforesaid submission and examine the records and if he finds that both the cases arise out of the same cause of action, he shall amalgamate the two cases together for convenience of the parties within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With these observations, the applications stands disposed of.
