Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Aadampur) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
At the very out set, it is submitted that in this case other coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner is apprehending his arrest without any fault. Altogether sixty persons have been made accused in this case with similar allegation and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. Learned APP submits that other co-accused have been allowed pre-arrest bail vide annexure-2 series. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22792 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 above named, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Aadampur) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
