2. In view of the statement and information contained in the 2nd show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 12, the order under contempt appears to have been complied.

3. However, the petitioner is entitled for the report which has finally been prepared after conducting survey in the area. The petitioner, in any manner, is aggrieved by the report, he may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

4. The present contempt petition, accordingly, stands consigned.
