JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Angar Ghat P.S. Case No.60 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner assaulted the informant with a spade causing injuries on his neck and head, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application filed on behalf of the petitioner is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
