2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 420, 406, 379 and 34 registered in connection with Musharigharari P.S. Case No. 106 of 2007.

3. This Court, however, takes note that the present anticipatory bail petition has been filed in the year 2019 in respect of the FIR which has been instituted as far back as in the year 2007. The petitioner has not offered any satisfactory explanation for the delay and there is no immediate apprehension of his arrest. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

4. Considering the submission of the petitioner that coaccused Laxman Singh against whom the thrust of accusation was made, has been granted anticipatory by this Court, if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the
