The petitioners seek modification of order dated 01.12.2015 as they were prevented due to certain unavoidable reasons from surrendering within the time fixed by this Court. For the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time fixed for surrender run four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the petitioners do not surrender within the aforementioned time of four weeks from today, the order dated 01.12.2015 shall stand automatically recalled. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
