Petitioner, who is in custody, seek bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 284 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
