Petitioner is accused in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019 registered under Sections 376G of the I.P.C. and 4/8 POCSO.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that there is no injury in the medical report. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.02.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge (POCSO Act)-cum-1st Additional Sessions
