====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai Cyber P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 66(E), 67 of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged of making the photo of the daughter of the informant viral.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has taken this Court to Annexure 2 and 3 of this petition and has argued that earlier, a case was registered by the informant in which the petitioner was made accused but no material has come against the petitioner and accordingly, he was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 6.3.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77184 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23822 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 2024 and now the present case has been registered by the informant.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner will not stay in the district of Lakhisarai during the pendency of this case. The petitioner is in jail since 18.02.2025.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Lakhisarai Cyber P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner will not visit Lakhisarai till the examination of the material witnesses in the trial and he will only come to Lakhisarai only on the dates fixed in the trial.
