The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2017 registered under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Santosh Keshri @ Santosh Kumar Keshri has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Mic. No. 31223 of 2017.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31617 of 2017 (4) dt.06-10-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S.
