The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner received advance for Panchayat election but he did not turn up.
It is submitted that the petitioner participated in the training but he was not allotted any work.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30834 of 2016 (3) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
