====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 146 of 2020 registered for offences under sections 8(c) 21(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

In the present case, on receipt of secret information, the police has recovered 870 gram of Heroin from the conscious possession of the petitioner, which is spoiling the entire country. The petitioner is posted in the G.R.P. police station, Katihar.

Looking to the nature of allegation as also considering

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22282 of 2020(5) dt.02-02-2021 2/2 the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
