JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32(ii), 36, 41(i) of the Excise Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

Allegation is of recovery of 8000 litre of spirit from a truck apart from other articles as detailed in the F.I.R. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, he is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No.1069 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
