In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 446 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 321, 323, 324, 325, 354, 307, 506 and 507 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and the court below is directed to consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner on the day of surrender itself and will pass an order in
