Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State in virtual Court. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A),504,506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of inducement of the minor daughter of the informant is against co-accused-Akash Kumar. The petitioners are family members of Akash Kumar. They are not specifically named in the FIR.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that name of the petitioners has surfaced in the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26676 of 2020(2) dt.06-11-2020 2/2 the victim girl.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the FIR would itself reveal that the same was lodged, on the disclosure statement of the victim girl, by the father of the victim.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Maner P.S.Case No.28 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court , failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
