1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that charges have been framed which signifies commencement of the trial.
3. Learned A.P.P. for the State thus raises an objection that since the trial has commenced as such the Court should not interfere with the impugned order.
