JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 813 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only with a view to save skin from the earlier case lodged by this petitioner against the present informant and others vide Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 812 of 2017. the present first information report has been lodged after delay of about 18 hours without any explanation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner,
