Pursuant to the last order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court on 18.5.2022, a report has been received from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hajipur vide memo no. 51 dated 26.5.2023, according to which, the Matrimonial Case No. 16 of 2009 has already been dismissed as withdrawn on 21.4.2016.

In that view of the matter, the petition has become infructuous and thus the same is dismissed.
