The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Goradih P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(A), 379, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that Final Form has been submitted.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45439 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the District and Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour, (Gauradhi) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 GR. No. 1542 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
