JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2017 Heard Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to AAG No. 15. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 14355 of 2013 which stood dismissed on 30.7.2013. Immediately after noticing the fact that writ petition stood dismissed petitioner filed the present restoration petition on 2.8.2013 . Learned counsel for the petitioner by way of referring to the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition submits that since when the case was called out petitioner's counsel was in another court the writ petition stood dismissed due to non prosecution.

Let CWJC No. 14355 of 2013 be restored to its original file.
