The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Muzaffarpur East Mahila P.S. Case No.40 of 2017 registered under Sections registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 354, 379, 376, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

Regard being had to the allegations made in the first information report by the informant herself that being a grown up lady having two children she was having extra marital relationship with the petitioner for the last eight years and the case has been
