The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire case has emerged out of a dispute over a sewage. The petitioners and the informant's side are neighbours. It is submitted that there is also abnormal delay in filing of the case. Considering the nature of allegation made and the delay in filing of the First Information Report and further because the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32361 of 2016 (2) dt.25-11-2016 P2/2 of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 35/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
