Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 701 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this merely on suspicion. The allegation is that some other person appeared in examination in place of the petitioner, but petitioner never induced anyone to give any consideration. The person who appeared in place of the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.
