Patna High Court CWJC No.11436 of 2021(2) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 have filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that an encroachment case no. 4/2021-2022 has already been initiated by the Circle Officer, Dariyapur, Anchal Dariyapur, District-Saran at Chhapra, whereafter notice was issued to the encroachers and since they did not file any objection thereto, action was taken against them and the encroachment in question has been removed on 23.3.2022.

Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the Circle Officer, Dariyapur, Anchal Dariyapur, District-Saran at Chhapra.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
