The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoswari (Samyagarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 129/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2020, he is a person with clean antecedents, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that informant alleges that one country made Katta alongwith .315 bore live cartridge, two misfire cartridges and five fired cartridges have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is innocent and

Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bailbonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Barh, Patna, in connection with Ghoswari (Samyagarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 129/2020.
