JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2026 The matter was taken up on board for correcting certain typographical errors at page 5 & 6 of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 16.07.2025.

2. It is pointed out that in second para of page 6, paragraph number has wrongly been numbered as para '9'.

3. Accordingly, para '9' at page '6' be read as para '10'. Similarly, para '10' and para '11' at page '6' be read as para '11' and para '12' respectively.

4. It is also submitted that in para '9' at page '5' of the order, in third line from the bottom, instead of impugned order dated 26.04.2024, inadvertently, the word "of cognizance" was typed. Therefore, the word "of cognizance" shall stand deleted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25839 of 2026(2) dt.17-04-2026 2/2 and be read as "impugned order dated 26.04.2024".

5. In view of the aforesaid, order dated 16.07.2025 be read accordingly and be treated as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48571 of 2024.
