JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2023 Heard Mr. Ranjan Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mrs. Binita Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Nadim Seraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga.

2. Statement has been made in paragraph nos. 4, 5 and 6 of the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of respondent nos. 3 to 5 that on several heads payments have been made to the petitioner and the aforesaid amount has already been sent to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10992 of 2021(5) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 Senior Treasury Oficer, Darbhanga, vide letter no. A/c 1504, dated 18.03.2023.

3. The Senior Treasury Officer, Darbhanga, must ensure that the said amount is credited forthwith into the account of the petitioner not beyond a period of one week.

4. In case the petitioner finds that this order has not been complied by the Senior Treasury Officer, Darbhanga, he may take appropriate legal action against the Senior Treasury Officer, Darbhanga.

5. Considering the fact that all the retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner, the writ petition is consigned with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation, in case the petitioner is aggrieved that still said amount is due on account of admissible retiral dues to him.
