In this case, the petitioner is seeking payment of his arrear amount to the tune of Rs.60,56,616/-.

The petitioner was appointed as a regular Handling and Transport Contractor at ARDB, Begusarai and, as per claim, he has worked in terms of the agreement and is entitled to the aforesaid amount.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19343 of 2015 dt.13-04-2017 In the writ application itself, the petitioner has mentioned that in terms of the agreement, in a case of dispute, the same will be resolved by the Dispute/Grievance Redressal Committee. He has already filed an applicable before the aforesaid Committee but the same is sitting tight over the matter.

Let the Dispute/Grievance Redressal Committee should take a decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This Court has not given any opinion on the merit of this case.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
