The petitioners, namely, Md.
Tajammul @ Tajammul, Bibi Nujhat and Nunni @ Nikhat Parveen apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant made allegation that the petitioners helped Jawed @ Shahin in kidnapping of his daughter. It is submitted that the informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence. Jawed @ Shahin is the son of petitioner no. 1 & 2 and the petitioner no. 3 is the daughter of petitioner no. 1 & 2. Jawed @ Shahin had love affairs with the victim and he went away along with the victim to somewhere else.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50800 of 2015 (4) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 116/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
