In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S. Case No.658 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that there is case and counter case between the parties. In Nawad Town (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 659 of 2015 allegation has been made for teasing the daughter of the informant. In the present case, allegation has been made that the accused persons have entered into the house of the informant and mercilessly assaulted the informant and her family members.

No.32739 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and she is a lady, let the petitioner-Lakhiya Devi, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S. Case No.658 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
