Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi Excise P.S. Case No. 218 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2023 and there is recovery of 130 litres of country made liquor from his possession and he has two antecedents.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Exclusive Excise Court-II, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi Excise P.S.
