This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khanpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304-B & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased is alleged to have been killed by the accused persons including the petitioner. 4.

From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the deceased was not staying at his home and the allegation of torturing is against the father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2025 having clean antecedent.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24309 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 the petitioner that the petitioner was working in Chandigarh and at the time of alleged incident he was not present. 7.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not present when the deceased was killed, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur / concerned Court below, in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2024, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear personally or through his lawyer on the dates fixed in the trial.
