04. 13.05.2016 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the private Opposite Parties by order dated 29.09.2015 passed in A.B.P. No. 632 of 2015 by Sessions Judge, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Ghailard) P.S. Case No. 386 of 2015.

Considering that the Sanhas against the private Opposite Parties were instituted after this Court called for a report with regard to activities of the Opposite Parties No. 2 to 4, I find no reason for canceling the bail bonds of private Opposite Parties on ground of misuse of privilege of bail. The application stands dismissed.
