The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No.254 of 2017 (G.R. No.3879 of 2017) registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the ferdbeyan, it appears that the petitioner and others have been implicate in the case on the suspicion that they have not accounted for the amount released for the purpose of Hariyali Yojna. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit wherein Annexure 4 has been placed on record to indicate that the entire project was done properly and

Considering the fact that the matter is with regard to accounting and from perusal of the ferdbeyan itself, it appears that the informant proceeded on the basis of lack of measurement and as such he has drawn adverse inference against the petitioner. In view of the Annexure-4 series, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Ist, Bettiah in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No.254 of 2017 (G.R. No.3879 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Sanjeev/- U T
