In view of the stand of the respondent-authority that no road is being constructed by the State authority upon the raiyati land of the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of as it has also been stated that constant vigil is being kept.

It is made clear that the disposal of the writ petition would not come in the way of the petitioner in approaching before the competent forum if encroachment reappears upon his raiyati land in future.
